Ordered something that isn't quite right? Not a problem!

At Ekster, items can be returned for a full refund within 100 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be unused, must be returned in their original packaging and must be in a sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Returns that are used or are not in the original received state will not be received for a refund.

Returns can be submitted via a request to our customer support team by emailing nest@ekster.com. Please include your order number in your request.

Please note that outbound shipping costs are not refunded when returning an item. A return processing fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund.
